Dallas area hit hard with "under-employment"

As reported originally in the Pegasus News story Dallas-Fort Worth area workers affected by under-employment, the job market in the Dallas area is having a bit of an identity crisis. This is truly one of those times when the glass can be either half empty - or half full - depending on how you look at it. Under-employment means that people have jobs but they might be too qualified for them, or the jobs are part time when they want full time, or the jobs being offered pay significantly less than they did just a few years ago. I would say that anyone with a job is in Gods good graces now, but only time will tell how this will really all pan out.
